The package covers the services expressly indicated for the Starter plan: start-up analysis, choice of legal form, coordination with the notary and accountant, preparation of the necessary documents and assistance with incorporation formalities.
The prices shown cover the firm's fees only and exclude any disbursements and third-party costs, in particular notary fees, publication in the Belgian Official Gazette (Moniteur belge / Belgisch Staatsblad), CBE/KBO, court registry, bailiff or administrative fees.
Services outside the package or not expressly included are the subject of a separate quote or agreement.
